2026-09-01 — Phase 1

• Initial public release: payments (create, capture, cancel, refund), the 3-D Secure redirect flow, customers, stored cards, fixed-interval subscriptions, hosted sessions and events.
• Webhooks: signed delivery, retries, replay, and endpoint management.
• Sandbox environment with deterministic test cards, mirroring production behaviour.
